I like how the expression reads even if it isn't an exact replica of the design. This was mostly a study in hands and wrinkles. </p> <p> Two-Years-Ago Eli would have been sad to hear me say this, but I am pushing more into realism and I like it. Cartoony stuff is my strong suit, but I'd rather be well versed at modeling anything and everything than just nice beautiful appealing characters. I don't think that I'll ever believe that a perfect CG likeness is better than the real actor on screen, but for things that don't exist and need to be photo-real, I am willing to ZBrush to death. (Things like dragons and stuff) I am calling this guy and diving into sculpts that are much more dynamic. </p> </div> <p id="titleobject"> Production Stills </p> <div class="secondarystillobject"> <a class="instagramLink" href="../media/04_large/models/captain_03.jpg" rel="shadowbox[captain]"> <img class="stillobject" src="../media/03_post/models/captain_03.jpg"> </a> <a class="instagramLink" href="../media/04_large/models/captain_04.jpg" rel="shadowbox[captain]"> <img class="stillobject" src="../media/03_post/models/captain_04.jpg"> </a> <a class="instagramLink" href="../media/04_large/models/captain_05.jpg" rel="shadowbox[captain]"> <img class="stillobject" src="../media/03_post/models/captain_05.jpg"> </a> </div>
